Covid-19

Only travel if you are healthy 

Please check that you are not experiencing any common Covid-19 symptoms including fever, cough, and loss of taste and that you have not tested positive for Covid-19. In addition, ensure you have not been in contact with someone who has symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19.

Arrive on time, not early! 

Please arrive at your designated check-in time.  With social distancing in place and additional sanitization requirements, guests need to adhere to their check-in and check-out times.   

Wear a face mask 

Where regulations require, we ask that you wear a face mask.  When not legally required, please wear a face mask if you feel more comfortable doing so. 

Maintain social distancing  

Maintain 2 meters distance from others at all time.   

Use hand sanitizer 

We will provide hand sanitizer for your convenience. 

We take cleaning seriously 

All our equipment is fully cleaned and sanitized after each use.   

Campground Conduct Policy

Our guests are expected to adhere to the policies and rules of the park where they are staying.  If we have booked the reservation on your behalf we will ensure you are provided with a copy of the campground rules in your Guest Handbook.  If you are making your own reservation, please ensure you request a copy of the campground rules at the time of check in.   

Failure to follow campground rules may result in fines or eviction from the park.  If our guests fail to adhere to the policies of the campground the guests will be responsible for any fines or additional fees incurred. 

Pet Policy

As dog lovers we understand that your vacation will be even more enjoyable if it includes your favourite fury friend.  EZ 2 Love Adventures is happy to permit our guests to bring their pet on their vacation with payment of a pet fee. We do ask that our trailers and camping equipment be returned in its original condition and that our guests naturally clean up after their pets. Should additional pet cleaning be required or repairs are necessary due to pet damage, additional cleaning/repair charges will be applied at the end of the rental period.

Service animals can join you free of charge with prior permission. The same conditions for return of our equipment apply to service animals. 

Most of our campgrounds are pet friendly, however; we have some reservations that are pet free.  Please be sure to advise us in advance that you intend to bring your pet to ensure there is no disappointment when checking into your campground.  If you are booking your own camping reservation, we advise our guests to check in advance of booking any campsite, what their pet policy is to ensure their pet will be welcome and what the pet regulations are. 

Non-Smoking Policy

No smoking of any kind is permitted in our trailer or tents. This includes vaping, cigarettes and recreational cannabis. If odour from vaping, cigarette or cannabis use is detected in the trailer or tent at the end of our rental period, a de-fumigation and sanitizing charge will be applied. Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges: 

• Over 30 days prior to departure - 10% of the total reservation fee 

• 20 - 29 days prior to departure – 20% of the total reservation fee 

• 10 - 19 days prior to departure – 50% of the total reservation fee 

• Under 10 days prior to departure – 100% of the total reservation fee 

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded as long as all rental equipment is returned reasonably clean and undamaged and all ancillary equipment and/or convenience items are returned.
