Can I bring my pet on my vacation?

Guests are welcome to bring their pet on their vacation subject to the pet fee.  The pet fee is to be paid ideally at the time of booking, but certainly before the day of pick up.  Should a guest bring their pet on their road trip without paying the pet fee, we will apply the fee at drop off. 

What do you class as a pet and how many are permitted?

Dog are welcome on your vacation, however we do not recommend cats for their own safety. Two dogs are permitted per booking. If you have another pet you would like to bring, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Why do you charge and extra pet fee?

Extra time is required to clean and sanitize our trailers and tents and remove fur and pet smells.  

What if someone in my party has a pet allergy?

We deep clean after every guest and if a previous renter has had a pet in the unit, it will have been thoroughly cleaned. We do not; however, consider our trailers and tents allergy free and therefore there is always some risk of allergies being affected. Guests with any allergy should talk to us at time of booking and we will do our best to prepare the trailer or tent to mitigate those allergies.

Can I smoke in the tent or trailer?

No smoking of any kind is permitted in our trailer or tents. This includes vaping, cigarettes and recreational cannabis. If odour from vaping, cigarette or cannabis use is detected in the trailer or tent at the end of our rental period, a de-fumigation and sanitizing charge will be applied. Can I use regular toilet paper in the trailer?

In short NO! We will supply suitable toilet paper, so no need to worry. Please ensure you DO NOT put anything other than the toilet paper provided in the toilet. Any sanitary products, diapers, etc. should be put in the garbage bin.

Are taxes additional?

Yes. 13% HST will be applied to all charges.

What do I need to do before I leave the trailer?

With EZ 2 Love Adventures Ltd., we make camping truly EZ 2 πŸ’— so there is not a lot you need to do.  There will be a checklist in your Guest Handbook, but we do ask you to do a few simple things:

  • Wash any dirty dishes

  • Remove garbage and recycling and dispose in campgrounds waste/recycling area

  • Leave the dirty bedding on the bed (we will remove)

  • Place any dirty towels on the floor in the shower

  • Make sure to remove any food and drinks from the cupboards, fridge and cooler

  • Make sure there is no food or food residue outside that may attract animals

  • Ensure the campfire is fully extinguished

  • Don’t forget your personal belongings!

Do you have guides for the trailer and/or equipment?

We provide all our guest with a Guest Handbook. It provides instructions for the operation of all the equipment, provides information on your campground and any local attractions and general information you may need during your stay.

What type of entertainment is provided?

There is a TV and DVD player in the trailer as well as a selection of DVDs.  In addition, our convenience package (provided with both trailer and tent rentals) includes board games, outdoor games and playing cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in and out times are based on the campground. Upon booking our guests will receive a welcome package which will provide check in and out times and procedures.  

Are there any extra charges?

Normally there are no extra charges; however, in some circumstances they may apply. 

Pet Fee

The fee applies if you are bringing your furry friend on your vacation.  This covers the extra time and cost of cleaning the equipment after pets.

De-Fumigation Fee

This charge is rare but will be applied for any odours which EZ 2 Love Adventures Ltd. deems would be noxious or offensive to other Guests.  Examples are cannabis, perfumes, spoiled or rotten foods and/or pet smells. 

Trailer Extra Pump Out and Water Fill Fee

The trailer water tanks will be full and holding tanks empty when you take possession of the trailer.  In the event you need a mid-vacation pump out or water fill, contact us and this can be provided for a fee per occurrence.
